Import Export Code, also known as IEC, is a unique number for importers/exporters obtained from the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT). The DGFT governs the rules and regulations related to import and export in India. No person or company is eligible to engage in export or import activities unless they hold a valid and active IEC issued by the DGFT. Additionally, IEC is required for service providers if they are availing benefits under the foreign trade policy or have specific activity requirements.

Every manufacturer exporter and merchant exporter requires an Import Export Code for selling and sending goods/products outside India. Importers or traders need an IEC for purchasing goods from outside India. Further, Government has certain subsidies and export rebate scheme under that, every exporter receives the benefits of tax rebate, to claim that rebate IEC Registration is Compulsory.

• Bank Account Cheque (Saving or Current)
• Mobile and Email id
• Address of Business and Name of Business
• If Company/Firm/LLP: PAN Card of Business

Labour License Service Fees - Rs. 5,000/-
