MSME stands for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. Any small and medium-scale business can obtain registration under the MSME. Businesses that have already obtained registration under previous schemes like EM-II, Udyog Aadhar, SSI (Small Scale Industries), etc., can transfer that into the new Udyam Registration, known as MSME.

Based on the scale of capital and turnover, every business is categorized into three types of enterprises: Micro, Small, and Medium, allowing them to access various benefits of government schemes.

In the recent scenario, the government is making substantial changes to develop and promote small-scale businesses, which include benefits in tendering, special quotas for MSMEs, easy procurement, benefits on IPR registration, and a single window for legal and compliance.

MSME Registration Service Fees - Rs. 1000/--
